Assignment #1
Question: What is Digital Media to you?
When I think of 'Digital Media', I think of all the different ways in which people express an idea through visual means. It could be on a website, a flyer around campus, in a t.v. commercial or hanging on a friends wall for decoration. Computer technology has allowed for us to express our thoughts in more ways than we can imagine, giving us endless creative opportunities. Even this blog is an example of how far we have come with technology. Anyone can create a thought or piece of work and show it to anyone they want. It also allows for the creative mind to run its course in more aspects of life. Thanks to an entire industry change, you see so much more variety and creativeness in almost all parts of society. You can see it on televsion, in movies, on the internet, in our music. Digital Media is the use of our computer generated creations for anything you can think of.
